Nicole is a corporate lawyer specialising in M&A transactions and private equity investments, including cross-border transactions. She enjoys working with a variety of clients and providing pragmatic advice in order to achieve the commercial objectives. Nicole advises on wide range of corporate and commercial matters (including shareholder arrangements, commercial contracts, services agreements and licenses), and has experience advising across various industries, including tech, retail, real estate and financial services. Nicole also has experience advising clients in property acquisitions and disposals, and industrial and commercial leasing.
Nicole joined Quigg Partners in December 2017 as a member of the firm’s corporate M&A team, after a stint of overseas travel. She holds law and commerce degrees from Victoria University, and has prior property law experience.
