Matt joined the firm as a solicitor in our Employment team in February 2026, having completed his Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) at Victoria University of Wellington in late 2024. He was admitted to the bar in June 2025.
Matt experience allows him to advise on a wide range of employment matters for both domestic and international clients, including performance management and disciplinary issues, workplace restructuring, as well as transactional employment advice. He also advises on employee immigration matters.
Matt has appeared in both the District Court and the High Court.
