Hannah is a Senior Associate in our Employment team and was admitted to the bar in 2012. Since then, Hannah has worked in Wellington, Christchurch and in the UK for various sized entities and for various clients. She has a significant depth of experience in employment law, particularly in the areas of privacy and disputes.
Hannah provides guidance on employment processes on a routine basis and particularly enjoys supporting clients in finding a resolution to their problems through negotiation. She is happy to review agreements, policies, and other documentation to ensure legislative compliance to reduce the chance of contentious issues arising. Where matters become contentious, Hannah has significant experience assisting with mediations and judicial processes.
Hannah is also an experienced presenter and has delivered seminars and workshops across New Zealand.
