Calum is a solicitor in our corporate team. He advises on a range of corporate and commercial matters, with experience advising on M&A transactions, corporate governance, privacy, and regulatory matters. Calum enjoys assisting clients to navigate complex commercial arrangements with clear, pragmatic advice.
Before joining Quigg Partners, Calum worked as an in‑house government lawyer in both New Zealand and the United Kingdom. This experience gives him strong insight into how clients can most effectively engage with regulators and manage compliance obligations. He brings this background to his current practice, particularly when advising on the regulatory and compliance aspects of commercial transactions.
Calum completed a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (with Honours) at Victoria University of Wellington.
