Amelia joined the firm as a law clerk in our Employment team in November 2024, having just completed her law degree at Victoria University. She was admitted to the bar in June 2025.
Amelia advises on a wide range of employment matters for both domestic and international clients, including workplace restructuring and redundancies, employee performance and disciplinary issues as well as transactional employment advice. She also advises on employer related healthy and safety and immigration, as well as privacy.
Amelia has experience representing clients at mediation and has appeared in the Employment Relations Authority.
