Nick is a Special Counsel at Quigg Partners specialising in employment and workplace safety. He has been practicing since 2011 and spent three years in the United Kingdom where he worked in a multinational employment law team and assisted clients both in the UK and internationally.
Nick advises a wide array of clients from small businesses to multinational entities. He provides expert advice on all areas of employment law including the sale and purchase of businesses, personal grievances, and the Holidays Act. He has a particular interest in the employment law aspects of the start-up/tech sector.
Nick is an experienced health and safety lawyer and assists clients to respond to safety incidents, manage WorkSafe investigations and deal with prosecutions.
Nick has appeared in the Employment Relations Authority and the Employment Court. He has also appeared in the High Court and District Court.
