Liam joined Quigg Partners in June 2021 as a member of the Corporate M&A team. Prior to joining Quigg Partners Liam worked at NZ RegCo, performing NZX’s regulatory functions, and before that in a private practice setting. Liam graduated from Victoria University in 2015 with degrees in Law and Commerce.
Since joining Quigg Partners, Liam has been exposed to a wide range of corporate transactions. He has a particular interest in financial markets and regulatory issues. Liam enjoys the thorough research and analysis required to understand a business and its needs when undertaking corporate and M&A transactions.
